Lorrie Lynn (Episode 36)
"Born & raised in a small town in Northern Ontario, Canada. My music passion came from my Grandfather & an Aunty. They both played guitar and sang. She played folk & classic rock. He played the country classics. I remember hearing Grandpa play Hank Sr's "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry". I was in awe of that song & my Grandfather. They hooked me with their skills & there was no turning back!
I've played in a number of cover bands & duos over the years. It's fulfilled my need to play music with good people, however, writing/creating my own original material, has always been where my heart & soul loves to be. I have songs in me, I need to keep writing & performing as long as one person will listen.
I hope to create & perform my music & cover music, till the day I die, even if it's from a rocking chair on my own back porch! Keeping it light, grateful, learning, growing & moving forward. It's always time to make more music."
